1. Operator

The Imposio website and community forum are operated by Creslo, s.r.o., Kmeťova 36, Košice, Slovakia, IČO 51760193 ("we", "us"). By using the sites you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services. In particular, you must not:

• post unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing or spam content;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt, or overload the service;
• upload malware or attempt to circumvent security measures.

3. Accounts

To use the forum you create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and display that content as part of operating the forum. You are responsible for your content, and we may moderate, edit or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Downloads and software

Files and software offered via dl.imposio.app are provided subject to their own licences where applicable. Unless stated otherwise, they are provided "as is".

6. Disclaimer and liability

The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
